Reserve online, pay in store
AVR Crest Corporation does not take payment online. Here is exactly what happens between clicking reserve and walking out with your items.
Pick the shop you want to collect from at the top of any page. Prices are that shop's own, and the page tells you whether they carry the line at all.
Filling a basket does not commit you to anything and does not hold anything at the shop.
Give your name and mobile number, confirm you are 18 or older, and place the reservation. No card details are taken and nothing is charged.
Staff look at the actual shelf, set the items aside under your name, and message you once they have. If something is not in that day they will tell you rather than leave you guessing.
Come in, quote your reservation number, show a valid government ID, and pay at the counter. That is the only point money changes hands.
Good to know
A reservation waits for the shop to confirm it. If nobody acts on it in time, it expires by itself and the items go back on sale — you will see that on your reservation.
Yes, any time before you collect. Cancel it from your account or ring the shop, and the items are released straight away.
It cannot happen after they confirm — confirming takes the items off the shelf. Before that, availability is checked when you reserve, and again when the shop reviews it.
No. You can reserve as a guest and track it with your reservation number and mobile. An account just keeps your history in one place.
Any valid government ID showing you are 18 or older. Staff will check it before handing anything over — no ID, no collection.
